    崗位描述

    § The Bellman is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Bellman whilst on duty. All duties and tasks performed are to be procedurally correct, timely and of a consistently high quality. The Bellman must also ensure that through personal presentation, effective and efficient work practices and guest service standards, that the guests' "first" and "last" impressions of the Hotel are lasting ones of genuine warmth and friendliness and of high standards.

    在當班期間,行李員要嚴格履行所有的本職工作。要按照工作程序準確、及時、高質地完成每一項工作。行李員要確保通過其良好的個人表現(xiàn)、高效率的工作表現(xiàn)和高標準的對客服務給客人留下酒店服務質量高、誠懇熱情、友好的最初和最后的印象。

    § Provides courteous and professional services to both guests and customers of the Hotel.

    對酒店的所有客戶和客人提供禮貌專業(yè)的服務。

    § Ensures that all equipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.

    確保工作區(qū)域內的所有設備任何時間都處于良好工作狀態(tài)。

    § Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform, appearance and posture throughout the section.

    儀容儀表、穿著打扮、個人衛(wèi)生、行為舉止必須符合部門標準。

    § Ensures daily departing time of due-out guests and arranges for taxis, shuttle arrangements and limousine services to the airport if required.

    確保為每日離店客人安排出租車,如客人要求,提供送機服務。

    § Co-ordinates VIP arrivals and departures.

    協(xié)助重要客人的入住和離店。

    § Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.

    提供客人感興趣的事情如:酒店服務,本地風景區(qū),餐廳,醫(yī)生,觀光點等。

    § Ensures that every matter in the logbook is followed up.

    確保工作日志中記錄的每一件事情都已經落實。

    § Accepts luggage and parcels for safekeeping and ensure that at all times it is recorded properly.

    確保所接收的行李和包裹的安全,并有正確記錄。

    § Responsible for welcoming of guests and escorting them to their Rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly and genuine manner. This includes checking for mail, showing guests to room, placing luggage on rack, and give short explanation of room facilities.

    如有需要,負責禮貌友好地迎接和陪同客人到他們的房間。包括查對信件,帶客人到客房,把行李放到行李架上,并向客人簡要解釋客房設施。

    § Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from Guest Rooms, cars and Front Desk.

    負責及時和仔細地從客人的房間,乘座的車中以及前臺接收、發(fā)放客人的行李和其它物品。

    § To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.

    § Responsible for the correct and accurate preparation of weather messages as required.

    負責按要求提供確切的天氣信息。

    § Responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of newspapers to guests as required, ensuring the highest standard of presentation at all times.

    負責按照客人的要求及時、高效地分發(fā)報紙,要始終確保高質量的服務標準。

    § Responsible for ensuring all deliveries to rooms, if the guest is not at room, to ensure the Bellman record on the Transfer Record Form.

    負責確保所有需轉交的物品均已送入客房,如果客人不在房間,要在行李員物品傳交單上準確地記錄。

    § Responsible for the efficient logging of all cars in and out of the car park on the Car Parking Control Sheet.

    負責在車輛控制表上,記錄下車輛的出車情況。

    § Assists/ensures that no guest waits longer than 10 minutes for his/her luggage to be sent or 15 minutes for luggage to be collected to and from guest’s room.

    協(xié)助/確保每一位客人等待運送行李的時間不超過10分鐘,或者收運行李的時間不超過15分鐘。

    § Assist the Concierge Captain in keeping the storeroom clean and tidy especially luggage trolley upkeep.

    協(xié)助禮賓部領班保持行李房的衛(wèi)生,特別是行李車的干凈整齊。

    § Provides general information to customers and guests in a good and helpful manner.

    為所有的客人和客戶提供禮貌周到的信息服務。

    § Sells hotel services

    宣傳酒店的各項服務設施。

    § Relieves Doorgirl in an emergency.

    若發(fā)生緊急情況時,替換門童。

    § To maintain and be aware of the importance of guest recognition.

    要意識到客人重要性。

    § Responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations of the Hotel, as implemented in the Staff Handbook.

    要遵守酒店的店規(guī)店紀和員工手冊。

    § To be completely aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures of the Hotel and your responsibilities in an emergency.

    要完全遵守酒店的防火安全管理條例,在緊急情況發(fā)生時,要能盡到應盡的責任。

    § To acquire thorough training provided a thorough working knowledge of the OPERA - The Hotels system.

    通過提供的培訓,要掌握使用酒店OPERA系統(tǒng)的工作知識。

    § Assumes other duties as assigned by the Concierge Captain.

    完成禮賓部領班分配的其它工作。
